The Wilshire 1100 project was a transformation of a virtually vacant 22-story triangular spire in Los Angeles that sat empty for nearly 20 years before being purchased by a trio of developers in 2004. The building was converted from office suites into 228 high-end condominiums, totaling 260,000 square feet of residential living space, with floor plans ranging from 788 to 3,466 square feet offering one and two-bedroom options.
