The Californian, is an iconic art deco inspired condominium project located on Wilshire Boulevard. This 24-story luxury high-rise tower features 76 suites, with an average size of 3,000 square feet. Through dedicating large portions of the property to setbacks - diminishing shade and shadow concerns - an unprecedented building height was achieved. This strategy yielded a truly one-of-a-kind residence tower located on LA's most storied motorway.
